When you increase the level warning of a user, the user receives the PM where you write the reason, an link to the post from where he was warned, and a quote with his reply

[*] Link to post will not work, if post was deleted. [*]PM is not a good idea at big forum, becausу it will make more work to maoerator to aswer stupid questions, then user just need to investigate forum riles.

[*]Popup, that warning level was changed. Similar to "New PM", but not hidden upon page reload. It shoult be remover manually, by clicking link. [*]task to reduse warn level after XX days if next one was not got.

At my forum, that's done by mods, but i think it worth to be included in distr.
