Luke Posted August 28, 2007 Share Posted August 28, 2007 You should really open a ticket in the client center.In essence, from what you said, he owns the license but you own the board and he is saying you can't use the license anymore? Well if that's the case then all you have to do is buy a license to keep it legal. The board will not deactivate itself as the license isn't directly tied into your forum (there isn't a time-bomb like there is with vBulletin). But to make sure your board is licensed just buy one for yourself...Please keep in mind this forum is not for support. This section is for IPB feedback and suggestions. If you need support you either need to open a ticket, or for peer-to-peer support go to IPSBeyond. Since it sounds like you don't have your own license, a ticket is what you need.
