If I remember correctly, because of a certain issue with IE6 and the RTE where it would not align beside the side toolbar, but instead would drop to the bottom, the areas with the RTE were set to a locked size.When I get go back to my desk where I can plug into a second monitor I'll take a look at what you're reffering to adn see if thats it.
