In the upgrade pack, there's no sources/sql/mysql_tables.php and sources/sql/mysql_queries.php

actually there's no sql folder inside the source folder of the upgrade pack

I'll remove them from the announcement. My diff-to-list tool gets a little confused when folder names are the same. It thinks the folder at /install/sql is the same as the one in sources/sql.

The files never existed in that location.
