Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt November 11, 2024
.Timmy Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 It's only about 15 bug fixes. Nothing major, or mod-breaking.Notice the amount of affected files... and it's close to 25 bug fixes.
bfarber Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Well, we could have just left the 2.3.0 release out there with the issues being reported. :blink:I honestly don't see why there is a problem with the 2.3.1 release being made now....there were some issues we did not feel were good to leave out for too long (such as the HTML posting bug and the moderator permissions bug that were reported). You don't have to upgrade if you don't want to. Though I strongly urge everyone to do so. :)
Josh04 Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Notice the amount of affected files... and it's close to 25 bug fixes.About 5-10 of the files are either empty, contain commented-out debug notes or aren't necessary for most boards. It took me about 20 minutes to do, and I was comparing and editing the files by hand, rather than applying the diff report.
