Sir please solve my problem again

sir i was submit a topic which i have asked a question when i click on any post it shows an error like this

when you tell me a code which is

"ini_set('memory_limit', '100M');"

The problem was fixed but now it again arise now what i do i gain overwrite that file to old one but vain please sir tell me
