I have a suggestion to improve the IPB warning system.
Why don't you do a system that changes the user group to a previously specified group (like "Banned") when the alert reaches 100%?
I was wondering how to do that (because I wanted to ban automatically the user when he/she reaches 100% of warning level), and I tought that it would be very easyear.
Ideia "graphical" representation:
User reaches 100% Warning Level -> User group is changed to X -> The group X has the Banned forum mask

I like this idea, but also it should be able to suspend / mod queue / etc. on certain warning levels automatically

A drawback with this suggestion is that you'd then transfer banning rights from admins to moderators and global moderators. You'd also have less control over who've been banned at your board. It should be optional at least, not default.
