I have a ticket which has been open a for a while now approx 23 hrs.ticket no #330663It is quite urgent that i get this sorted..thanksApologies for posting this here was not sure where to post it.
Hello,Please bear with IPS during the festive season. Due to the not so long ago major release, and being closed for several days, there is a backlog of tickets.Please note IPS Sales and Billing are closed at the weekend, and all of IPS will be closed during New Years Day.Stobbo
Your ticket is a non-technical billing question so it will take longer to answer than normal support as billing staff do not normally work outside normal business hours. That said, we do have some extra personnel working to clear the backlog so it shouldn't be too long for your ticket :)
