December 31, 200618 yr Hello,Please bear with IPS during the festive season. Due to the not so long ago major release, and being closed for several days, there is a backlog of tickets.Please note IPS Sales and Billing are closed at the weekend, and all of IPS will be closed during New Years Day.Stobbo
December 31, 200618 yr Management Your ticket is a non-technical billing question so it will take longer to answer than normal support as billing staff do not normally work outside normal business hours. That said, we do have some extra personnel working to clear the backlog so it shouldn't be too long for your ticket :)
