Im hosted by IPS on a moderate package, If I upped to the professional package would my site become faster?

Hello,

While it would increase your bandwidth and disk space it would not increase any of the server hardware. So therefore it would not make your website first. If you would like a faster website, I would reccomend upgrading to a dedicated server.
