My perpetual license has its one-year support expired about 7 months ago, and I need support to upgrade my 2.17 to 2.2
How much do I have to pay to get a support renewal? The new pricing says

Perpetual License holders will see no change to their service. Upgrades will still be made available and support renewal will continue at the current, yearly rate.

how much is that current yearly rat? and what is the procedure, I see no links to pay in my support console.

Should be $30/year ;) .....unless they changed it. :unsure:

Support for your Perpetual license is $30 per year. If you send an e-mail to sales@invisionpower.com, we will add an invoice to your account. Please realize that you will likely not get a response until Monday morning as our sales/billing department is closed on the weekends.

Actually it was really shocking to me :) I thought perpetual license means lifetime... last year I did not used support at all... so I wish I haven't this 30$/year payment... now waiting for my Credit Card so I'll be able to send the payment for both IPB and IPG :)
