Invision Download Manager is priced at $50 USD including a year of support/updates.

You need to send an e-mail to sales @ invisionpower.com or submit a ticket to purchase it - please note with the huge number of tickets submitted since the release of IP.Board 2.2 response times will be a bit slower than usual.
