Are there any stand along clients out there for windows that allows you to post to an IPB forum without using a web browser? I am looking for something similar to w.bloggar which I use to post to my Word Press blog.

Also - is there a way to get a 'youtube' embeded into a forum? I can't seem to get the syntax down.. thanks again..
