I was reading through the new ipb 2.2 PDF docs and couldn't click on any of the hyperlinks or contents page sections to go to that page.

Already noted. I don't think that's the latest version of the documentation, as none of the suggestions I put forward (that they said they included) were included in the downloadable copy.

The documentation is not beta.

The documentation is incomplete. After all, how can they create a complete documentation for an incomplete product?
