After installation, forum redirects to install page

Hi,
I'm having a problem with IPB 2.2 RC1. I cannot access the forum after installation ahs completed. Navigating to www.mydomain.com/ipb always redirects to www.mydomain.com/ipb/install, so I cannot access the forum.

Can anybody help and figure out why it keeps redirecting?

Btw, I'm using IIS 6.0, PHP 5.1.5 and MySQL 5.0.26.
