Is it possible to search for text, images in members signatures?

Yes, you can.

Click Members on the navigation bar under the logo.

Click "Toggle More Options".

There is a "Signature Contains..." box where you are allowed to input a string to search for in user signatures. You can't copy and paste an entire image in there, but if you wanted to see how many people used, say, your forum logo (www.myforum.org/myforum/images/logo.gif), you could include the link to that image in your search and it would bring up anyone who had it in there signature, regardless if it's in or not in IMG tags.
