Update carbon copy for PMs

I dont know about you but that looks rather.... out of date... Click on "Search for user names".... Doesnt really look that good... What I would suggest doing is add a single line text box with type-ahead with an "Add" thing and add it to a multi-select list box thing. That popup window really doesnt match stuff...

Or the ability to also add group names to it, incase (say) you want to PM all the members but there are two many to list. Just could put in "member group" and it would send a PM to everyone in the member group.

What I'm suggesting is improve the current interface, not necessaraly add a new feature. The problem with allowing the ability to PM everyone in a member group is it would make it easier for spammers to span your members. It would be crazy let any one person, including an Admin, to PM 7000+ members. That's just nuts. If you wanted to send members a message, you could use the bulk mail feature.
