Currently, if you click the "Forum Rules" links in any forum (Test Forum, or Community Tech Chat) you get a permission denied error. Is this a bug in IPB or a mistake in the permissions here?

Are you referring to here? On the IPS forums? Head over to Community Technical Chat, and click on the link at the top - "Computing and Technology Forum Rules" with the red background. You get smacked with "Permission denied"

Damn, I thought I was special or something.

I cant view them either.
