Posted January 8, 200619 yr I would like to say that this suggestion is to allow HTML to be enabled, but to deny HTML that hasn't been accepted by the Administration as 'SAFE'. If I rember rightly, phpBB (free software) has a feature that is very much the same as this request. I would like to see however that it would be even better if the HTML was able to be set by member group/Permission Masks. So for exameple say that the admin's allow all members to use the - -
- tags, that would appear in a area that allows "All members to post using these tags". In another area, you set that only Administration members can post using (ONLY FOR EXAMPLE)
-
- ..... and so on. The reason for this, is because a lot of members are really okay to use the HTML, but still should have access to ALL html tags. I personaly don't even trust myself with HTML code, although I am the Root-Admin of the board, and webmaster of two sites.... Well thats my Safe HTML suggestion shaZam
