Those in validating

My co-admin and I approve every member, personally. We make sure they have all their profile information filled out to our satisfaction. Those validating members can be a real stinker because there isn't a quick link to get to their profile right there in the validating window. We have to copy their email or id and go back and search for them THEN go into their profile. It would be very handy to have their profile right there in validating.
