I went through my customer centre and purchased a new license.

I received an email saying it had gone through but it is still showing as pending in my customer center. I have done a support ticket saying this.

I am a little reluctant to go through the payment process again if this one is just caught up somewhere.

Can someone from the team have a look into it for me please.
