Been a gallery user for 11 months, from my experience I doubt if I will ever buy a invision non-forum product again.

I would--but only if Mecham coded it himself.

I've got all 3 licences (forum+blog+gallery) about 1 year ago. Forum and Blog a fine. Especially Blog (my best wishes to W1lz0r for the most dynamic project). But I still can't put Gallery into production because lot of bugs/inconveniences.

I hope, that with new bug tracker it will be more easy to fix problems and track progress. Also hope to see new IG release with all bugs from bugtracker fixed. It would be very nice, if Invision pay more attention to rise Gallery on the same high level, where Blog and Forum now are.

I don't like the new software at all. The old edition had the layout so you would see each members galleries. Now it is a page of all the images on one page! Thats an upgrade? A downgrade if you ask me!

I will not be renewing my yearly software fee.

check the gallery setting, there's three type of layout you can set to.

I like the new branch of the software of IPS (IPB, ICB & IG). All works fines except a couple of little bugs with Gallery 2.x.

I hope that the new version of Gallery will correct the present problems. :)

You need to adjust your settings for your Member's Gallery, change it to show albums only and it reverts back.

I have no problems with Gallery myself, I say well done to ze Kinder for taking over Josh's Work! ( Its harder to take over something then start from the start)

ze Kinder, When do u think yourselfs and others are going to be posting some news about any updates on the gallery.

When purchasing gallery I was told that an IPB 2.1.2 compatible version is expected by October 31st

ze Kinder is doing a good job considering he took over the project which isn't the easiest thing to do in the world.

Yeah... I was a bit snappy in another thread, but I take your point. I can see the guy is under a lot of pressure and there is a lot of expectation of him and the coming upgrade. So it's only fair to wish him all the best with his task. The end of the month is soon here... good luck, mate!
