    It's also worth noting that your email server (whether SMTP or other API like SendGrid) is responsible for assigning IDs to messages as part of the sending process. That's not something that we do.

    What outgoing email configuration do you use?

    Those two errors are coming from Spam Assassin, which is server level software and not something we have control of.

    I have flagged our developers who are better placed to respond to your query.
    With regards our ticket system, we are simply doing support in a different way now. So you would post up here, and if it needs to be escalated to a ticket, we can do that.
