In some countries, offering users the ability to cancel their accounts (thereby deleting all of user's data and content) is becoming a legal requirement. It would be good if you explored the possibility of adding this feature to the "My Settings" section; with the necessary "Are you sure you want to cancel your account? This action is irreversible" prompts and help file informative entry, that is.

I would like Subscription Manager enhanced so I can offer free trial packages to my community.

I could simply set the amount to $0 to signal a free package type but I suggest supporting it specifically by adding a "Add Free Package" menu item under Manage Packages because I'd like it tracked by IP address to help ensure that each user can only try the "free trial" once even if they create a new account.

I'd like an admin override to allow the same IP address to subscribe to the free trail package more than once to handle the scenarios where several people in the same household want to try it or where someone didn't get a chance to use the free trial (for whatever real-life reason).

There are some trolls on the board. Your first post I could understand someone giving you a negative rep because you seem impatient in it. But after that, it's just ridiculous. (Now watch, I'll get negative rep for what I just now said.)

IPB Staff, i have had my ticket open for 20 hours.. and not a single reply , all i want is 2.3.X Converters with instructions...i need them asap , but been waiting for 20 hours..
