Are you going to fix this issue?

I enabled-it quickly and do not see any errors in the system-logs in-regards to this issue.

I do not want to re-enable it to see for errors in the logs as it is blocking the registration for an active store. Anyway you can resolve this issue by ftp and admin access? Can you Direct Message me to continue with this issue further?

Not sure if there are any errors and yes on current ipb version. when it is enabled the registration page will not load.
