Update: I can see other people's badges in the author pane on mobile but not on desktop. I cannot see my own on either.

Show recent badges (if none chosen)? Enabled

Override user's choice? Disabled

Badge size: 4

Display on phone? Enabled

Size on phones? 2

Show tooltip? Enabled

I can't figure out why the badges are not displaying under posts

Is there a way to make warning points that have been issued public on the users' profile for all users to see?

The solution to this may be more obvious than I realize but I cannot figure it out. If user A starts a thread but user B wants to be able to edit the first post of the thread instead, how do I change it?

Where do I find the correct rule to change?
