No. IPB would not be aware of payments made outside of its software by default. You would need to cancel the existing stripe subscription and setup/store payment info within IPB.
Otherwise you could work with a 3rd party developer to create some sort of bridge that could check the status of a stripe subscription and promote/demote users. Thanks for the response, that's what I was worried about. Bad news for me because my consultant said otherwise. I have 600 members in Stripe and am now faced with transitioning them over to Invision.

Does this mean that if Stripe previously ran my subscriptions but I now want to run them through Invision, my subscribers' prior subscriptions will not be recognized?

Any resolution here? I'm having the same exact issue.

Before the recent update, users would land on the forum page when they logged in. After the recent update, they now land on "Home" after logging in and it says that Page Does Not Exist.
I'm pretty much a novice. How do I set my main forum page as the default home page? Thanks in advance

I'm sorry but I can't even find where to start a support ticket.

JIm, I shared your comments with my software team and this is their reply...
"Good morning Dr. N Patrick. We've been digging into this issue but still could not find where the source of the error is. We're now suspecting that something changed on Invision end and caused the link to break, because we have not changed anything on our end, especially not without your explicit direction.
Could you follow up with Invision and ask them if they recently updated their OAuth protocol in a significant way, and how? My development team shared the following screenshot for you to attach in your follow up message to them. -
Since upgrading to Ventura MacOS 13, I can no longer log into the Admin Control Panel. Another admin can and says my profile is requiring me to reauthorize my account. I have no idea how to do this. I have cleared browser cache, rebooted and am no longer able to log in. I am getting an EXO error code.
My admin is able to log in without difficulty but she is using a Windows based computer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding subscriptions, it there any way a user can be given a discount code?
