We have a legacy message board that was hosted on a gridserver at Media Temple until it was bought out by Godaddy. Godaddy was not able to get the board working with the Media Temple files, so we transferred the board to Siteground, but posts before April 2020 are missing. The board had posts back to 2012.
Our last backup file is from November 2020. Siteground is telling us that the new version of the Invision software is not compatible with the backup. I believe the backup is on version 3 of the software.
Can someone please advise?
