Yes, there is an account, but I don't know the password, I don't actually know it anymore, I looked on the ips community to ask them to do it, but none of the methods worked

it won't let me because I reinstalled windows and it's because I didn't forget my password
 

I forgot my password from my administrator account and it won't let me enter the forgotten password and the password doesn't appear on my email, what can I do?!
