I asked this question just a bit too early. I figured it out finally.

Thank you all, there were all great and I appreciate it. I currently use BunnyCDN because they are by far the cheapest and they help me with everything I need. Turns out I had all my settings correct, it was just Invision itself not letting it work. So, I downloaded the plugin for FTP and was able to just FTP it to my CDN, which works 100% and perfect! Thank you all for your assistance!
 
 

@Jim M you gave me the idea to just go to the theme and do a word search for "Advertisements" and bam!


So how I could do what I wanted, using blocks, is I can create a custom block and enter it there.
Going to Blocks under the Pages App, create a new bloc and select HTML

 
Then in the next page, I enter My info: (Using pretty much whatever i want here)


THEN I get to enter the "Key" (I used the word "BetweenBlocks")

 
Then save, and go to anywhere, and you can add that block anywhere, it works like a charm!

 
Sorry if all this was Obvious to you, which I am sure it was, but others will wonder as well and I hope this will help anyone who struggled like I did.

I am sorry Jim. I should have kept on tampering before running to your team and crying wolf. The issue turned out being something from a previous update in one of my 3rd party plugins. A simple cache update (Community wide) and on my website solved the issue. When everyone was reporting it, and i went to this site and the same thing happened, I put the two together and thought it has to be the framework, but that was not the case. I apologize.
