Sorry, we only provide the latest release. However, I am a little confused on why you would need 4.7.3 as it sounds like you want to upgrade to PHP 8, is that correct? If so, you can just switch to PHP 8 and perform a manual upgrade.
Here's information about doing a manual upgrade:
I'm unclear if you read my entire post now... since you shot down what I wanted but didn't really address what I said.

With the PHP8.0 requirement, IPB put out the 4.7.* releases which are php8.* compliant yet work fine under php7.4. I missed the boat on those. I'm on 4.6 something. I really need to be able to update to 4.7 so that I can still access my forum and thus the upgrade tool once I a2enmod php8.0. Currently I lose the forum when I do that. Error 500 and the logs show it's because of syntax errors. So, I have a need to download 4.7.3 so that I can install it, flip over to php8.0 and then upgrade to the latest release.

Couldn't reproduce in my onlline board. I'll install it today later on a fresh install to see how it goes. I'll reply back.
Did you ever get anywhere on this?

I appreciate it and I don't want to rush you. I know you have LOTS of other things to do.
Would it be a possibility to add a function under "tools" that changes each user's selection to "On"? -

Every group has permissions.
It is by default OFF in account settings for previously registered members. -
@Adriano Faria
Is there a way to set the account settings option "On" by default for all members? -
bfarber's suggestion helped me find and fix the issue.
Long story short: It was the "Store Products" plugin that I used to show the store products in the side bar.
I forgot that it was a third-party plugin and it never crossed my mind that it could be the culprit.

Hello all.
On my main forum page on the left hand side, the arrow that says "Manage Blocks" no longer expands and allows me to add or reposition blocks.I am an administrator as confirmed by the fact that I see the arrow and when I click it, the blocks that I was previously able to put into place show up and I can edit them.
The issue is that the Manage Blocks arrow doesn't slide out and show me any options. Have you dealt with this? What could the issue be?
Edit: I also want to note that I have went back to the default theme as I assumed it could be an incompatibility issue. That did not resolve the issue.

I don't have any third party anything installed... but alright. I'll figure it out own my own.... as usual.
