Self-hosted (on Dreamhost, if it matters.)
After putting it off for months, maybe years, finally went all in and updated my server to PHP8 then the forum from 4.4 to 4.7. Not good.
Am following the Manual instructions because auto didn't work.
I've done the first paragraph. But I can't do the second. When I go to admin/upgrade I just get this:
Following some advice I found on another thread I uploaded the ips4.php file to run the check, and it says I'm fine:
The error log only seems to show my three or four attempts to do the auto update. Nothing else.
Any help would be SO appreciated. Thank you.
I also tried modifying the constants file per these instructions, but no luck.
