  1. That is not the same issue. If your system requires different permissions you would need to change the permission of that folder. You can add a constants.php file with the relevant permissions if required also.
  2. Also have those users clear their browser cache, and check from the theme link at the bottom to see what they are seeing as the selected theme. I am seeing a dark theme on my end

Taking a look at what you have there, it looks like you are using the Twitter API v2, which is not shown in our docs. YOu need to be clicking "Create App" and not "New Project" on there. I will take a look at the docs and make that clearer, as V2 did not exist when the documentation was created
  4. Of course, anything you add to the site outside of our normal functions has the potential to break things I suspect there that it's the static width you have set on that iframe, but would not be able to tell you for certain. It would be for you to take up with the ad provider. You can disable it for mobile using code as shown here
  5. This is being caused by your custom advertisement code. When that is disabled, there are no issues present
  6. Hello, You are correct. In the same way, if you have it on light and you specifically select white, you also would not be able to see it. If you select no colour manually, it will show black on a light theme, and white on the dark theme
  7. Could you please provide a specific example user? We can then take a look at that for you

It is indeed, yes. Just responded to you for another screen, then will add to notes here and we can go from there
  9. Please could you screenshot what you are seeing? I am not seeing any issues on my end
  10. There is no built in way to change the ACP coloring any longer. This is intentional, and by design
  11. Please could you provide me with an example of where you are seeing an issue in the ACP?

Please could you screenshot each page of your twitter setup in a PM and I can add private notes to the topic here? We can then advise accordingly
  13. That is correct, yes. What I was confused about is the image you last posted, with the menu open. Have you done that on another device?
  14. I have created a ticket for you on this, so we can take a look for you
  15. That now works, however the Admin CP details are not. Please could you ensure both are correct

We cannot assist with 3rd party items, so your only option if its causing you issues would be to employ a developer to resolve the issue, or remove the item
  17. Sorry, Im a little confused here, as that doesnt appear to be closed on your screenshot there.
  18. This may well actually be your device here. I am unable to replicate this on our end
  19. Have you made any alteration to templates? If so, I would advise in the first instance that you revert those and test
  20. That issue is generally caused by the columns on tables in your database being set to the Compact row formant. You would need to speak to your hosting company on this, and have them switch them to dynamic
  21. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  22. I have responded to your ticket on this. The only way this would be able to be resolved would be to escalate for someone to look at for you
  23. I can tell you only that the issue there sees to be permissions based on the error you have supplied. Which would be a hosting issue unfortunately. Are you using suPHP or suExec would be the first question here

Could you let us know on which pages you are seeing that message? We can then take a look to see whats happening there for you
  25. Indeed our official support is now in this area. There was correspondence sent out on this quite a while ago. Note, if there is private information, we can always create a ticket out of it, dont worry. Anyway, on to the issue at hand there. Unfortunately there is no solution I can give you here that will allow you to use an older PHP version for the platform. You would need to reach out to your hosting company to see if you can set different PHP versions in different areas. This can often be done with htaccess files, but it will depend on your particular hosting
