  1. If you can please update all access details on file, we can take a look at this for you. Just to note however that is not related to the issue you were previously having.
  2. As our customer, this is something that only yourself should have access to, as this is your client area
  3. You need to check your spam email there, as we responded to all 4 tickets there, on 12th, 14th, 15th, and 27th October. We have sent responses with the CNAME entries you will need to add to your email address on file
  4. I see that has now been resolved for you, and this appears to have been an issue with mail filters. Just adding information here for others who may experience the same

  6. They would show up in the order in which you have put them in topic. There is no way in which to get them to show up alphabetically at present
  7. Ah no problem. Glad to see everything is working again for you
  8. You would actually still own the on premise license. If you choose to move to the cloud environment, you would neither be credited nor lose that license. Of course when you move to cloud you would generally cancel renewals on your on premise license, but if you needed to switch back to self hosted again, you would just pick up the renewals again.

  11. Please go to Support in the top right of your admin CP. Under the version in the top right box you will see a link to download optional patches
  12. Please could you provide me with another user this is happening on so I can test that also? I cannot seem to replicate this at all, even on your site with the user you previously gave as an example

  14. Before anything else, please go to the same area mentioned by my colleague above and click on clear cache. I have seen this happen previously when cache has not correctly written

  18. This sounds like a a caching related issue here. Are you using any external caching at all?
  19. It seems then that you may have updates after that patch was released. In which case it would already be on your system
  20. Sorry, its not clear on what you are trying to do here. This question is what Im not sure about You cannot move a subscription to a product if that is what you are asking there, and even if you could Im not sure what it is you would expect that would achieve. Are all these subscribers in a specific group also?
  21. How it is you have ended up with emails like that on the system there, as they dont actually appear to be valid email addresses? There is no way in which you would be able to update en-masse only certain members. You can only really disable it for everyone by making it no by default, then clicking to reset all members to default preferences
  22. If you go to your Admin Cp and select support in the top right, this will take you to the support section for your system. You will then see "Optional patch available" under the version number on the top right box
  23. Understandable there, however as it disappeared when you moved server, it does seem it was the email provider rather than the software there.
  24. You responded to the ticket with those same details you just posted. You need to respond to that email again. You are providing there details on your account here. What I need is to know the name of your account on your own site. At present, we have no information about what account you cannot access
