Do you have any cache setting via htaccess? Are you doing anything with caching cookies either Ezoic or cloudflare?

The only way to do this is create a usergroup that has access to the forum(s) and download(s). Create a subscription and have the user moved to that usergroup upon purchase.

So how else are you caching, anything server side? I am testing Override Cache Control Headers on one site as of today. I turned it on to see if my cache hit rate goes on. So far no login issues. I don't have anything in Exclude rules

@Ibai What are your ezoic cache settings? I have all cache misses because I have disabled caching for cookies. My cache hit rate is always very low

How are you integrating Ezoic? Is it through cloudflare? I’m running through cloudflare. Are you caching anything server side? I would make sure you aren’t caching JS as a start.

There could be so many css element designs tailored to each view, hiding content, etc...missed opportunity IMHO.

IPS uses the pages app for their Blogs section. Not the blogs app.

I do this as well and will just add for anyone else, you need to make sure you have that feature set up to delete content. Check off the appropriate boxes under flagging spammers.

Just like the title says. I'd like to create a member group that is tied to a subscription purchase. That member group essentially pays to have their content hidden to the outside world. Their posts are masked with "Please login to view" or something like that. I already have the awesome app below but it does not have this specific functionaility.

I think this can be achived with a plugin for the subscription page /subscriptions. I run subscriptions via commerce, which move users to member groups after they subscribe and pay. I would like to award the member group based on achievements or group promotions but then if they are moved to that group (free bacause they earned it), I'd like the ability to remove the option on the /subscription page for that subscription and show them they have earned the subscription. I can run achievements or group promotions to move the members, thank you IPS. But there is no way to tie it into subscriptions to show and align the system. Maybe something like: If member is in group A (the promoted/achieved group) and does not have Subscription A, change the Subscribe Button to other text and remove hyperlink. Maybe show message tha it has been achieved. So I want to remove the ability to subscribe to a subscription that moves the user to a group that that they can get through a group promotion or achievement. I will probably run a group promotion based on last visits and amount of content so the user canmaintain the level. They'll get moved out if they don't. I just don't want them to be able to subscribe to move to that group and instead show a message that they achieved it and remove the ability to click the button.

I'm still trying to figure out a way to accomplish this. Ideally, awardiing a subscription for achievements or group promotion is what I'm looking for. Or some way to identify on the /subscriptions page that the member has earned it already (still thinking this one through and how to maybe post a block with some code to show a message "Don't subscribe, you got it FREE!". It would be nice to see subscriptions awarded based on achievements. I would probably add commerce to another site or two specifically for subscriptions.

Any ETA on this fix? Just checking in.

Was just invited to use Ezoic Premium, @asigno, are you still using? Is anyone else? Feedback? How is it paid, from earnings or billed? With premium, is there still a rev share on top of the added fee? My January ads have dropped off significantly. My Novemebr and December were very good, more than adsense.

They never really caught on in any of my forums. I never really liked how club forums show up in main forums either if you turn that feature on. Really should be a way to condense them. I think most people who want that feature move to facebook groups or other.

You can do this off the subtotal and it works towards subscriptions. You just can't target a specific subscription like you do a product, just reduce the total amount.

Ah yes, I see those strings are not added to the dynamic robots.txt. Good call out, I’ll have to check on my end as well.

Just revisiting as a suggestion to be able to target page elements per forum view....
