Hi,
1. I uploaded a new version for ips 4.6.x today, it will be available to update 🙂
2. if you still have the issue after the update you will need to check your modified templates and revert them back to default

If you have your groups set up to use colors it's in the ACP.
ACP / Members / Profiles / Profile Settings / Display Settings -> "Global"
