i'm on 3.1.4 and using 1.0.4 but i still can't place locations, it just says Loading all the time

so i deleted that and installed 1.0.4 and i have the add location button now, but when i type in an address it just says "Loading" at the top of the page, and nothing changes.. Edit> Same as in ACP when trying to add a custom marker :s

I have member map 1.0.5 installed on my board and when i go on the application, there is no add marker button.. however, there is the custom marker locations within ACP but when i try adding a custom marker "Add Address" isn't selectable, how am i supposed to be adding markers lol...
