Can anyone tell me where the manual upload option is? I purchased a couple themes that I'm trying to re-upload and apparently I'm supposed to be able to click on a "manual upload" link to directly upload the .xml but can't find it. attaching a screenshot of what I see. even after clicking on the create new button I do not see an option to manually upload a theme file. Actually disregard apparently I'm blind. Just looked again after clicking the create new button and it's right there at the top.
