  1. Thank you all, this morning i received the reply for my question:

    All new orders have to be manually approved. Your order has now been approved and your invoice will shortly change to "paid". Once it has, you will be able to access your purchased service.



    Now i will go for my download : )

    Holiday Notice



    IPS offices will be closed July 2 - 5 for the Independence Day holiday in the United States.



    During this time, we will still be replying to tickets. Phone support will be unavailable.



    Also, as we are still in the initial launch phase of IPB3, we do appreciate your patience with longer than normal ticket response times. We have brought on additional staff to work through the volume and are beginning to get back to normal response times.

  3. Hi all, i am really new here, i have just bought a ip board license and i am not able to find the file to download...
    in my client area in download section there are no file, only a message that say "nothing found for you"

    Anyone can say me if i need to wait some time? Payement has been received, i am sure (paypal said and also my client area said)
