The tickets system from Client Area is working?

I said 2/8 are older of 7 days cant you read the whole sentence to the end? I have 8 tickets opened and no answer believe me, then I think something is wrong with the tickets system , probably bugged. I have 6 tickets for IP.Downloads and 2 for IP.Board Shall I open again the same tickets? -
I have 8 tickets with no answer with the following period of time: 3h, 4h,5h, 15h,2 days,2 days, 7days, 7days Is the tickets system functional or it's locked, I am amazed that I got no answer at a least 1 ticket. PS:I hope I get here some answers, I think Client Area support is dead. Best regards!

12 hours is nothing compared with my tickets I have 8 tickets with no answer and 2 of them with 7 days older. So used to it :) !

If you have a forum with many subforumus, it's a pain to set for every subcategory the same forum rules of the main category. There is a possibility to make a setting to multiply the same forum rules to all the subforums within or other solution would be welcomed for this.
