Just a note, From reading the Facebook Connect API documentation there is no way for accessing the email address for the facebook account, so if you would like to compare between the facebook account email and the members forum email (for checking if he exists, email taken etc...) you can't. So unless there will be another way of doing this i am not sure what will be best approach for such a thing. Maybe someone will trow in a few ideas.

And of course, I would be more than happy to design these three default skins plus a CSS based skin for IPS if they wanted!!! I like both skins, But i am more into having default heavy imaged skin and one light skin (css based) as two primary default skins. Anything else will be accepted but those two are a must from what i can see.

I disagree. There are plenty of PHP based live chat options out there, and many of them work great. I'm sure the programmers at Invision are more than capable of doing this. Again, it can be an add-on, just like the gallery, blog, etc.
