You can add advertisers/links and custom content I believe, currently with the RC1 Portal there is a bug stopping you being able to post or something (check the tracker) although it looks nice.

You guys gave us RC1 - I'm happy so far, I don't believe any bugs really prevent my forums from being active?!? Not that I notice anyhow. Keep up the good work!

I received an error log in my email, I only have 6 current testing members but this is what I got in the error email:

The error code is: 90001

The IP doesn't tie to any accounts on my site it resolves to: svservers.com which looking at the site seems a tad off the wall.

Could it be a security flaw with IPB or FB Connect? Maybe a spam bot? I'm lost on this one.

Could IPS Maybe recruit some 'Volunteers' to help with support, maybe allow them access to the support tickets? Maybe trusted sources that can offer knowledgeable support to paying customers? That way there can be out of the country support techs and it would help the work load of IPS. I dunno just a thought.

I tried it with the setting 'ON' - seems to make my forums slightly faster, why is this or am I misunderstanding it? Would make sense to be slower if it's grabbing resources off site.

How do I find out what's causing this error? I have IP Shoutbox Beta and the Beta Tracker installed. How can I delete both the modules completely without re-installing my board?

I only had 5 members on my test board, could I just copy there emails from my old 2.3 db and add them as members to the required groups, leave the passwords blank and send a group email from the board?

Reason I say this is because the SQL confuses me, I erased my old board completly and uploaded RC1 fresh, all I did is backup my DB.

This is the member info I would have for a member say:

Ok, I did a fresh install of my board, just to save me any possible errors down the road, I backed up my old 2.3.5 db although I do have one question regarding that db.

How can I only import my old members along with there usernames/passwords/emails etc? Is there a way to just do this?
