For the error on the user settings i posted a quick fix at invisionizer, will also post a quick fix for the copy image issue. I am only waiting for the remove award action from Kevin to upload v1.0.2.

That was more of a bug than a feature in IPS 3 and @Tripp_UK posted the reason why on the first page on this topic.

You can reoder clicking on the button a the bottom, there is no default images you will have to add unless you will be upgrading from HQ or Awards system.
