Open conf_global.php file (it's on your FTP in the same place as index.php) and look for sql_tbl_prefix. What is your prefix there?

Weird. You're missing one table in SQL. Do you have access to PhpMyAdmin? If yes, then run that query: CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS `<PREFIX>dp4groupsviewlimits_members` ( `id` bigint(10) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT, `memberid` bigint(10) NOT NULL, `dp43gvl_limit_views_cookie` varchar(90) COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci DEFAULT NULL, PRIMARY KEY (`id`), UNIQUE KEY `memberid` (`memberid`) ); Don't forget to replace <PREFIX> by your prefix database.

You may "fix" that by running that query: CREATE TABLE `dp4custombadwords_settings` ( `id` int(11) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT, `mid` int(10) UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT '0', `dp42bypass_badwords` tinyint(3) UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT '0' ); ALTER TABLE `dp4custombadwords_settings` ADD PRIMARY KEY (`id`), ADD UNIQUE KEY `mid` (`mid`);
