Where is it located ?

In the user profile in the block on the left

Can you please send me a PM with the URL to that page? It seems like that block only appears under certain conditions (maybe when achievements and badges have been disabled, but I'm not 100% sure).

It's quite easy to reproduce - disable achievements.
