Print to PDF in dark mode problematic

When you say "Print to PDF" are you literally referring to the print option on the browser there?

Yes. On my iPhone in the Safari, I hit the share button, choose Print, the tap and hold the preview of the pages near the bottom, tap to generate PDF then hit the share button again, and save the PDF to files. 
 

I think these are the steps I take to save a PDF on my iPhone. Haven’t tried it in other browsers or on my Mac since I almost always use the iPhone when browsing this site. 

As this isnt something developed by ourselves, you would need to report that as a browser bug, rather than a bug with the software

I think the better way to frame this request is to see how other common sites behave with Print to PDF on dark mode, and to see whether Invision Community meets basic web standards.
