[Beta3] Advertisements have lost custom locations (define your own location)

This was intentionally removed, since themes can no longer be edited. Instead we implemented a widget that would allow you to drop an ad anywhere you like. 

Thanks to both -- that's nice.

And -- the number to show controls whether all the listed adverts show at the same time or alternatively cycle display on each random page view.
