Good point Jim, Thanks

But we would need more examples from Invision on how to customize v5. I know it's powerful but we need help to get the best of it.

Pages, for the most part, haven't changed extensively so our guides should still be valid for core features:

That looks ideal for a pages database. If you follow a similar format for each post like that, you can do some really cool things.

What exactly are you doing in HTML which cannot be done via the editor? This will help us determine and expand on the editor functionality or help you accomplish what you want another way.

I can do most things in the new editor except pasting HTML code.

I would advise then turning the HTML markup to rich text and pasting that instead. If something is preventing you in doing so or a feature is missing that should be brought up.

Main things I dropped into HTML mode for were to add a class to wrap images with a fancy border, and to present certain CTA links in ipsButton styles.

I can do that in isolation with the raw html blocks but if anything more than a snippet of content then those blocks become a chore rather than an easy peasy wysiwyg chunk with a wee bit of HTML spiff.

I'm trying to simplify things for myself as much as possible so my go-forward position is to appreciate any cool editor functionality that appears (love the text boxes for example) and think twice before over-embellishing stuff in the future.

I understand others are more hands-on and have different needs.

Since you are asking, any chance of including indents? :)

Bumping this in case it was missed.

I find indents very useful. I hope it can be added to v5.

No need to bump. It's in the topic and will be reviewed ;)

Please add more editor permissions for each button, similar to how it was in v4, so we can disable the features we don't need.
