Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt November 11, 2024
DuskFall976 Posted December 18, 2024 Posted December 18, 2024 Unsure if this is an issue on my side but just cant seem to figure it out- Upon using the theme editor everything works up until you save. I've went ahead and tried re-installing, clearing system cache and changing file perms but nothing seems to prevail. Honestly I'm quite lost on what's going on. There are absolutely zero errors anywhere to be found which has made it hard for me to self-diagnose this issue. Let me know if I'm maybe doing something wrong!
Gary Posted December 18, 2024 Posted December 18, 2024 Hi @DuskFall976, Have you uploaded the latest patch? If it isn't coming up in your AdminCP, then click the link below. Matt from Invision Community has provided a patch (which may or may not fix your issue, but it's worth a try). Upload the file and run the upgrade process.
Marc Posted December 18, 2024 Posted December 18, 2024 Check to see if you are being blocked by mod_security or anything like that. Im not seeing any issues on this end
DuskFall976 Posted January 11 Author Posted January 11 (edited) I'm going to bump this topic. Just been ignoring the fact I can't use the theme editor or custom CSS, but it's getting to the point in my site's development where I would like to use such features. I really can't seem to figure out the issue, maybe I'm just being a little brain dead. ( I am now on beta 10 ) Edited January 11 by DuskFall976
