GCoffey Posted July 30 Posted July 30 Hey gang... Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but here we go... I run a site that was acquired 8 months ago. In the acquisition, all of our customer data was moved over. We had users on different subscription tiers (6.99/mo, 7.99/mo, etc.) The business we were acquired by has pivoted some tech and their forums weren't great, so we are now moving everything back to our community and hosting there products there as well. The subscriptions are now 9.99/month, and have been for anyone that signed up when we moved over. Now we have a bunch of users who were stored in our system as 6.99/mo subscribers, but have been paying 9.99/mo. So, how do I charge these users 9.99/mo like I was for the last 8 months? It'd be great if we didn't have to delete all of their user data. Everything is setup through Stripe if that helps.
Marc Posted July 30 Posted July 30 You would edit the package they are currently on and change the price to the new value. When saving, it will ask if you wish to change this for existing subscribers
