do we have for audio which cost less and can be intiegrated easily with invision 

SoundCloud is embeddable. You could also create a custom button if you want to use another source which is not currently embeddable.

For podcast episode hosting that is free, Spotify has already mentioned and there is also the service Acast. For the dIY you can self host Castopod which is also tied into the Fediverse. It would be better in using a dedicated hoster for your podcast episodes than using IC. You'll also get analytics for your show from the host.
