Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
PinPics Posted September 30, 2023 Posted September 30, 2023 Posted this in the Design board days ago, but I have a feeling that wasn't the place for it. We've just added IPS to our website -- the IPS isn't even live to the public yet -- which includes a decades-old and very large database of trading pins. On the website as it stands, the search bar searches for pins (by number) or member (by username). We're going to be using the IPS profiles as soon as everything is live to the public -- but that leaves a search bar on our front page that just searches the pin database. My server tech is not familiar with IPS, but he does code and has designed the database we have. Is there a way to add a search function into the IPS search bar that would include our pin database as a search field/option? I hope I'm describing that okay. 🙂
